The discovery phase included both a quantitative and qualitative research, a survey and user interviews were conducted.
Defining Phase
The defining phase included, empathy maps, user personas, and journey maps to inform the ideation and the design.
Ideation Phase
The ideation phase included, How Might We (HMW) questions, card sorting, and information architecture to inform the design decision.
Design Phase
The UI Designs started by wireframes and high-fidelity design based on the design decisions from the pervious phases.
